Everybody is a character!  What makes us who we are is how well we understand and practice the elements of leadership character, calling, and core leadership competencies.

Current Trends

The last fifteen years has seen an explosion of interest in the role of faith in business, and specifically in how business can be both (1) a ministry in itself, and (2) an essential partner for other Christian ministries and missions.

Many well-known Christian leaders are beginning to pay tribute to the significance of this grass roots movement. For example,

Billy Graham has said, "I believe one of the next great moves of God is going to be through the believers in the work-place."

George Barna believes that, "Marketplace Ministry" will be one of the key "innovations" in "doing church".

Peter Wagner claims that, "the chief catalytic force to bring [societal transformation] about will be Christians ministering in the marketplace."

Regarding foreign missions, Tetsunao (Ted) Yamamori, predicts that, "business will be a strategy of choice for missions in the twenty-first century."

The Landscape

Business owners and influential leaders face a multitude of never-ending challenges, including:
